Tom Nichols and Lis Licorini, the founders of Soco Fitness©. We both hail from active backgrounds, enjoying competitive sports like football, rugby, boxing, basketball, and swimming. We are both qualified Level 3 Personal Trainers with additional qualifications in GP exercise Referral Diploma & Animal Flow.
Our collective expertise is in kettlebell training, bodyweight training, primal movement and mobility.
