Our group fitness classes are the ideal way to get fit with friends, neighbours, and work colleagues – or perhaps some like-minded people wanting to improve their fitness! Every class is unique, bringing a high amount of energy, starting from early morning camps to evening sweaty sessions.
It’s a great option for those who are looking for accessible cost fitness experience, dynamic workouts, friendly competition, and group spirit. All equipment used during the sessions are sanitised after each individual session is completed. Use of masks while training is not obligatory, but we will be keeping the correct distance as advised by the World Health Organisation.
